While ordering online through Choices Catering app we collect personally identifiable information, such as your email address, name, address, telephone number or credit card information.

Choices Catering also collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your occupation, nationality, ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites.

Data protection and data security are major priorities for Choices Catering.

Use of personal data by Choices Catering

Choices Catering uses the personal data to process transactions, deliver products or services requested by you, dealing with your enquiries or complaints and other customer care related services. Your personal information may also be used for advertising and internal purposes such as auditing, data analyzing, and research to improve Choices Catering’ products, services and customer communication. Choices Catering may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Choices Catering and its affiliates and/or to contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.

Disclosure of personal information to third parties

Choices Catering will not sell, distribute or lease your identifiable personal information to third parties without your written consent or if it is required by law. However, non-personally identifiable information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Your personally identifiable information stored on Choices Catering’ computer servers are secured in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. Choices Catering also protects your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.

The computers/servers in which Choices Catering stores personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

We encourage all parents to order with their children and not for their children.

Note: any orders placed from home are final and cannot be changed after order placement within time frame.

• The cook comes in early and start preparation using the quantities and weigh outs from the system

• A percentage of additional meals will be added to account for spillages or students coming in late

• The cook greets the child by their order number and serves their meal and presses a pedal to confirm they have received their dish and to process their payment

Orders can be placed online from home or on the move via our online application through a laptop, tablet or smartphone.

Cashless Cafeteria

Parents set a spend limit per day / month for their child. This is charged via a monthly Direct Debit (post payment) or online by card (pre-payment).

Students then choose their food items from various hot and cold food counters and check though our self-service tills using their personalized contactless keyring fob / bracelets. This is confirmed by our catering staff who are shown an image of the child and the list of items they have put through.

Spend limits can vary daily to allow parents and students flexibility and a tailored service.

Replacement contactless keyring fobs are available from the school office.
