By submitting an order you warrant and confirm to us that you comply with these arrangements.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

There is no service fee for processing Visa or MasterCard payments. However if you wish to pay for your order with an American Express card, a service fee of 3% applies and will be added to the final invoice.

All Prices quoted on Choices Catering are in JOD and per person, unless otherwise specified. All payments and refunds are due in JOD. Choices Catering is not responsible for any changes in currency exchange rates that might occur from the time of orders until a refund is made.

VALIDITY OF PRICES

All rates quoted or shown in our tariffs are based on current prices. All prices mentioned on this site are tax inclusive. Choices Catering reserves the right to alter or change already published prices on the website without notice in the event of currency fluctuation, government taxes, or any such costs increases that is outside Choices Catering control.

Choices Catering reserves the right to alter menus without prior notice should this be necessary due to weather or other reasons that are beyond Choices Catering control. 

Prices are guaranteed against any surcharge after an invoice has been issued, unless the increase is due to government laws or currency changes 

Any increase due to changes in government laws, i.e. tax changes will be added to the invoice.

If an order  is cancelled due to circumstances outside our control  we will refund the money you have paid. Choices Catering shall then have no further liability towards you.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Cancellation of orders made will be free of charge if the cancellation is made 30 seconds prior to the order place or before confirming the order.

If you request a refund, and are entitled to it as per our cancellation policy it will be made to the original payment method that was used to make the order.

In case you are unable to experience your order due to your own misconduct (cancelling or changing your order without a minimum of allowed timeframe, failure to pick up, or not following other instructions and requirements you will not be entitled to receive a refund of the deposit.

LIABILITY

Once you order through the app you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. Choices Catering acts in good faith and cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, accidents, sickness or changes caused by  conditions, force majeure such as natural catastrophes, strikes or any other irregularities beyond the control ofChoices Catering

All information on Choices Catering is subject to change and we reserve the right to correct any mistakes that may appear on our website. These general ordering conditions are subject to change and we reserve the right to update these conditions without notice.

Complaints

Our main goal is to provide you with an excellent service. If you, for any reason, are not satisfied with your experience, we would like to hear about it. We recommend you contact us as soon as any incident occurs. All complaints must reach Choices Catering within 10 days after your order. Otherwise, any possible compensation entitlement will not be valid.
